ATRIO Health Plans encourages you to read these terms and conditions of use, together with the additional terms and conditions incorporated by reference (collectively, “Terms of Use”), as they create an agreement between you and ATRIO Health Plans and govern your access to and use of ATRIO Health Plans’ member portal, including any functionality, services, and content offered on or through our member portal.
In these Terms of Use, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to ATRIO Health Plans.

Do not access the member portal if you do not agree to these Terms of Use or are under the age of majority in your place of residence or otherwise do not have capacity to agree to these Terms of Use.
ATRIO Health Plans reserves the right at its discretion to modify the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the member portal after any such modification shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes.
Member Portal
Our member portal is a user-restricted area made available only to members of ATRIO Health Plans. If you have received login credentials from us and create an account, you must ensure that your registration information is correct, complete, and current. You are solely responsible for activity that occurs on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must immediately notify us in writing of any unauthorized use of your account or any other account-related security breach of which you are aware.
In our sole and absolute discretion, we may disable or terminate your use of or access to our member portal or any portion, aspect, feature, or functionality of our member portal, or delete submissions or communications you have made, for any reason or no reason, at any time, with or without notice to you. Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence, in our sole and absolute discretion, we may disable access to the member portal or terminate the registration of any user who violates these Terms of Use.

Claims, Benefits, and Medical Management
The information provided with our member portal does not represent a guarantee of coverage or specific payment. All health plan benefits are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of the specific policy issued, including, but not limited to, eligibility, prior authorization, exclusions and limitations, and medically necessity requirements. For further information on a policy and its limitations, please contact our Customer Service Department.

THE MATERIALS, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE MEMBER PORTAL ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR INFRINGEMENT. THERE IS NO WARRANTY THAT USE OF THE MEMBER PORTAL WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT IT WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH YOUR USE AND ENJOYMENT OF OTHER INFORMATION OR SERVICES.
